Always include data from equipment rating plates (or send a photo of the plate) in your inquiries.
Before our technicians arrive to service your device, please remember to clean the actuator chamber, assure access to the power supply at the repair site. In the case of compactors installed under funnels, please move the device at least 2 m away in order to facilitate maintenance.
